You are responsible for:

We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that fail verification requirements.
Exchange rates displayed on the platform are subject to market fluctuations.
A transaction becomes final when:
1. The customer submits payment.
2. The payment is successfully received and verified.
3. The exchange is processed by AsalWallet.
Users must carefully verify recipient details before confirming a transaction.
AsalWallet is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information submitted by users.
Users may not use AsalWallet for:
1. Money laundering
2. Terrorist financing
3. Fraudulent activities
4. Identity theft
5. Sanctions violations
6. Illegal gambling
7. Unauthorized financial activities
8. Any activity prohibited by applicable law
We reserve the right to freeze, reject, or report suspicious transactions.
Applicable fees will be displayed before a transaction is confirmed. AsalWallet may update fees at any time without prior notice.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability.
Services may be affected by:

2. Technical failures
3. Banking partner delays
4. Third-party service interruptions
5. Regulatory requirements
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsalWallet shall not be liable for:
1. Indirect damages
2. Lost profits
3. Losses caused by third-party providers
4. Delays caused by financial institutions
5. Cryptocurrency market fluctuations
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

3. These Terms are violated.
4. False information is provided.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
